What is the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)?
The Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) is a federal program that allows eligible schools to provide breakfast and lunch at no cost to every enrolled student, regardless of household income.
Which MPS schools participate in CEP?
The MPS elementary Title I schools listed below are the only schools participating in the CEP during the 2026-27 school year. Students attending these schools may receive breakfast and lunch at no cost.
